Notice on Scope

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.
For orders placed by entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, freelancers, or companies, there is no statutory right of withdrawal if the order is placed predominantly for commercial or self-employed professional purposes.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement sent by email.

Recommended subject: Withdrawal – WebiCards Order
To help us identify your order, please include the following information in your email where possible:
• your full name
• the email address used for the order
• the order date
• the order or invoice number, if available
• the selected plan, if known
• a short statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for this reimbursement.
Start of Service Before the End of the Withdrawal Period
If you expressly request that WEBiCARDS begins preparing, designing, or technically setting up your digital card before the withdrawal period expires, we may start providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from the contract after we have already started providing the service at your express request, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
If the service has been fully performed and you previously gave your express consent for us to begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirmed your understanding that your right of withdrawal may expire once the contract has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal may expire under the applicable legal conditions.
Notice on the WEBiCARDS Service
The WEBiCARDS service includes the preparation, design, technical setup, and provision of a web-based digital card or digital business profile based on the information, content, and materials provided by the customer.
If you have made a payment but have not yet submitted the request form, and we have not started providing the service, the full amount will generally be refunded in the event of a valid withdrawal.
If you have submitted the request form and we have already started reviewing, preparing, designing, or technically setting up the card, a reasonable amount for the services already provided may be deducted from the refund in the event of a valid withdrawal.
After the digital card has been fully completed and provided, especially after the card link has been made available, the right of withdrawal may expire under the legal conditions described above.
